Super Low-Carb Cheesy Pizza

Cheesy, stretchy, and bursting with sausage, basil, and CHEESE! All this and more minus the refined flour and loads of carbs.

This pizza will for sure me a regular happening in this house! Most low-carb pizzas are such a hassle to make, but this one is NOT! In fact, it's freakishly easy. And the result is freakishly delicious!

Made from pasture-raised eggs, and pasture-raised, non-GMO, soy-free pork sausage, it's bursting with nutrients, and flavor! This is sure to please anyone, kids included! Get the recipe below, and enjoy every slice! :)


Super Low-Carb Cheesy Pizza

- Yields 3 mini pizzas - CRUST:

  • 8 pasture-raised eggs

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/3 cup almond flour

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp of each of the following: garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and basil


  • Homemade pizza sauce

  • Whole-milk mozzarella cheese

  • 1 package of pasture-raised pork sausage

  • Fresh organic basil leaves

  • additional toppings of choice


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F, and line a baking stone with parchment paper.

  2. In a pan over medium heat, cook your ground pork until browned and cooked through. Add in some salt, pepper, oregano, basil, garlic powder, and fennel (optional) to taste.

  3. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix together your crust ingredients until well incorporated. Once oven is done preheating, spread 1 1/4 cup mixture onto the lined pan, spread it into a circle shape, and bake for 15 minutes.

  4. Repeat with all the mixture!

  5. Once all your crusts are baked, turn the oven temperature up to 450°F. Then, spread the crusts with sauce, a lot of cheese, and generous amounts of toppings. Bake in the oven again for 5 minutes, then broil for two. Let cool, then slice, and enjoy! 🍕😋
