Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

Updated: Jun 8, 2020

Crunchy, slightly sweet, and packed full of healthy fats and protein from grass-fed collagen! Your tastebuds and body will thank you when you eat this delish snack!

If you need a great pick-me-up snack, then you've come to the right place! These Peanut Butter Bliss Balls are perfect for just that, and will be some darn tasty fuel to get over thaat afternoon slump. PLUS, they're super easy to make! And when you combine easy AND delicious, great things go down.

There are honestly countless toppings you can roll these in, I just decided on coconut flakes and oats, though. My first choice would've been mini chocolate chips, or some crushed dark chocolate pieces, because you can honestly never go wrong with that! But, that'll just have to wait until my next batch (which I sense will be very soon!)

~ Recipe below! ~

Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

- Yields 16 bliss balls -

  • 1 1/4 cups coconut flakes, finely shredded (unsweetened)

  • 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp peanut butter (or sub whatever nut butter you choose)

  • 1/4 cup + 2 tsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 2 heaping spoonfuls of pumpkin seeds and chia seeds

  • 2 scoops of grass-fed collagen

  1. Take all your ingredients, and beat them in a bowl until well mixed, and a dough has formed.

  2. Taking a cookie scoop, scoop out pieces of dough, and roll them in your toppings of choice.

  3. Let them chill in the fridge for a bit, and then eat when you want! Enjoy! (Store them in the refrigerator for best results!)
