Paleo Chia Pudding, 3-Ways

Now for a more decadent version...Peanut Butter Cookie! This one's to die for!




And one of my favorites...Cinnamon Crunch! Cinnamon and spices infused into the

pudding, all topped with a crunchy, paleo granola! Drooling? Me too!



Introducing my Chia Seed Pudding, 3 ways! 🙌🏼 I decided to switch it up and share something that is not a dessert! Recipe posted below!


Paleo Chia Pudding, 3-Ways

- Makes 1 serving -


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 - 1/3 cup of organic chia seeds

  • 1 1/4 cups milk of choice (I used almond!)

  • 3-5 drops of stevia

  • a little pinch of salt

  • 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 scoop of grass-fed collagen (optional!)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix together all your pudding base ingredients, and stir often for the first 15 minutes of its thickening, to prevent the chia seeds from clumping.

  2. If making the peanut butter flavor, mix in 1-2 Tbsp of your favorite natural peanut butter into the chia pudding base.

  3. If making the spiced flavor, mix in 1/4 tsp of each of the following: cinnamon and nutmeg! And top with your favorite paleo granola, once it's completely thickened the next day.

  4. And, if making the vanilla, mix in an extra 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract, and add in some chopped strawberries!

  5. Once all your ingredients are mixed, set in fridge to thicken overnight. Enjoy the following day!
