Keto Peanut Butter Fat Bombs

Creamy, decadent, and tastes like peanut butter cheesecake! You'll swoon on

your first bite!








HAPPY 2020, everyone! A little late (I know🙈) but life has been so busy! Not

too busy to whip up these Keto Peanut Butter Fat-Bombs, of course! 😋 These

are seriously perfect for that afternoon pick-me-up, or post-dinner treat when you

don’t want a blast of sugar, but just a little munch. Recipe posted below! Enjoy!



Keto Peanut Butter Fat Bombs



- Serves about 15 tablespoon-sized bites -

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1, 8 oz package of cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup grass-fed butter, softened

  • 1/4-1/3 cup of natural peanut butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 10-20 drops of stevia, or sweetener of choice, to taste!

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. With an electric mixer, beat your butter and cream cheese on high speed until fluffy.

  2. Once combined, add in your peanut butter and beat until incorporated.

  3. Once that is all mixed, add in your vanilla and stevia (or keto sweetener of choice) and chill in your fridge for 1-2 hours, or until stiff.

  4. Once that’s chilled, roll into tablespoon-sized bites, and roll those bites into your toppings of choice! I did 85% dark chocolate shavings and chopped peanuts! Store in your fridge, and snack on when hungry! Recipe created by me!
