Flourless + Fudgy Paleo Brownies

Suppper chocolatey, fluffy, moist, and just pure amazing! These brownies will become your new favorite brownie recipe!


You guys! Finally! A *good* flourless healthy brownie recipe!! Someday, when I'm

needing (wanting) a brownie, I find I have no flours - no almond, coconut, tapioca, etc -

and I'm devastated! BUT, we usually always have a good stash of ripe avocados, and

thank goodness for those! But seriously, you won't need any other dessert in your life

but these - too much yumminess!



For those of you that know, Lindt is like my favorite chocolate! 95% is the way to go for these guys!

Flourless + Fudgy Paleo Brownies



- Yields one 8X8 pan of brownies -

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 cup puréed ripe avocado

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup natural almond butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 2 pinches of salt

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/3 cup dark cocoa powder

  • 1/3 raw honey (or healthy sweetener of choice!)

  • 1 tbsp gelatin

  • A dash of cinnamon

  • Dark chocolate chunks for garnish


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F, and heavily grease an 8X8 pan (preferably with butter, cause they’ll stick less!) or line with parchment paper.

  2. Puree avocado in food processor until completely creamy - make sure there aren't any avocado lumps in the puree!

  3. Combine all ingredients in bowl, and mix really well.

  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, top with chopped dark chocolate, and bake for 25 minutes.

  5. Let them cool for a few minutes before cutting and serving. Enjoy! ❤️
