Coconut milk comes from the coconut fruit’s fatty, white meat, while coconut water is the liquid inside a coconut. Being packed with medium-chain triglycerides (MCT's), and being rich in heart-healthy saturated fats and a lipid called lauric acid (which boosts your immune system), it is safe to say that this creamy and dreamy milk exceeds all expectations taste and health-wise.



What To Use It For?


Coconut milk is a useful and delicious ingredient if you are lactose intolerant, or if you're simply just looking to add a creamy, rich coconut flavor to recipes.


Use it for:
